Salt harvesting

Icelandic sea salt is produced in one of the purest and most sustainable ways in the world.

Seawater is drawn directly from the North Atlantic and slowly evaporated in geothermally heated pans. The natural heat from Iceland's hot springs completely replaces fossil fuels – the result is salt with a zero CO₂ footprint.

The resulting flakes are manually harvested from the pans – a process that requires patience, experience, and a delicate touch. No machines, no additives, no compromises.

The result: a salt that not only tastes good but also tells a story – from Iceland directly to your kitchen.
